Due to OH&S regulations 1 man and a truck bookings are only available for small item moves.
We have a 2 hours minimum booking duration.
NO depot fee for 15km radius of Joondalup.
Extra fees apply for heavy items like pool tables, pianos or heavy stone tables.
We accept payment by cash or credit card
We don’t accept cheques.
All prices are incl. GST
We have both Goods in Transit Insurance and Public Liability Insurance.* Please see our terms and conditions.

Our Insurance

We give you the following for free and have included that in your booking price:

Public Liability: Covers you for public access areas and building
Workers Comp: Covers our team on your site for any OHS.
Marine & Transit: Covers your goods in transit if something was to happen to our vehicle.

You are not covered for:

If the household goods are accidentally damaged.
Electrical goods are physically damaged.
Items inside your packed boxes are damaged.

We strongly recommend you take out additional insurance for the day of the move, no matter how far, big or small your move is.

FAQ

What if my plans change?

You can change your booking up to 72 hours of the date of removal.

What if my plans change?

You can change your booking up to 48 hours of the date of removal.

Can I get a refund?

If you cancel 48 hours before your removal you will get the full amount of your deposit refunded. Shorter to 48 hours it would be a cancellation fee of $200

You need to pay straight after the job is done. We accept cash or credit card. Tax invoices will be provided.
